SI VINTNERS THE SAUCE

Minimal intervention. That’s Si Vintner’s way of producing natural wine that reflects the unique flavours of the fruit hand-farmed on their Margaret River property. This little edition is not only amazing because of its epic taste, but because you can say to your friends ‘let’s get on The Sauce’ and literally mean it. He’s what makers Iwo and Sarah say about it:

The Sauce is a field blend of whole bunch Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Pinot Noir co-fermented for two weeks. Bright, fruit driven and refreshing. Pressed and finished in a combination of old barrels and stainless steel. Easy drinking, with full rounded palate. Whole bunch stalky tannins keep it structured.
