Hi there

Welcome to our Ingredients page, here is a list of vineyards, additives and processing aids we use in our wines.

One we haven't listed but is used in most of our wines is oak.  We haven't listed it because we use old oak barrels that do not have the flavour that new oak does.

Every year we try to use as little as possible to deliver amazing wines. Every year as we hone our craft and improve our equipment and techniques, we aim to use less and less. 

We also now have our own bottling line on-site.  This will help us reduce our suplhur levels again on our journey to zero.
