2016 Blind Corner Shiraz 

Like cracking a dash of sergeant pepper over the barby, this Shiraz will add some spice to your palate without making your chops too hot.  

Made from a single block of Shiraz from the Quindalup vineyard, the grapes are foot-crushed, hand-plunged during wild fermentation before being basket pressed to old oak to finish fermentation and mature for 12 months.

The result is a hearty red wine that's ideal with red meat and rad company, or solo philosophizing over a leather-bound book by the fireside. Pick up two bottles so you can do both at your leisure.
